38th Annual Wild Game Dinner
Date: Saturday, March 3, 2012
Location: St. Luke Catholic Church Gymnasium located at 4603 Manitou Dr. San Antonio, Texas.
Time: Doors Open at 4:30 p.m. (sharp) for happy hour.
Wild Game Buffet opens at 5:30 p.m.
Live Auction and Raffle starts at 7:00 p.m. Auctioneer: Joey M. Tomlinson
Open Bar: Serving from 4:30 p.m. until thirty minutes before the events ends, last call announcements will be made by Master of Ceremonies. Waiters provided for corporate tables. NO tipping allowed!!!
Attendance Requirements: Event is a men’s only. All attendees must be a minimum of 21 years of age, no exceptions!!!

Corporate Tables: Each reserve corporate table seats ten (10) guests.
Tier One - $1000
Tier Two - $900
Tier Three - $800
Tiered seating is based on availability!!!
Individual Tickets: $80 each and tickets are limited. Group seating is not available.
Parking: The parking lot at St. Luke Catholic Church has limited parking, so we sincerely encourage you to come early. Car pooling is encouraged.
Security Wristbands: All volunteers, paid staff and paying guest must wear a wristband during the event.
Big Buck Tickets: $10,500 to be given away in total prizes. Individual tickets are $50.00 each. Do not need to be present to win.
Event Raffle Tickets: A large array of sporting goods prizes including rifles and shotguns are to be given away. Tickets are $2.00 each and are only sold the night of the event. Must be present to win!!!!
Door Prize Drawing: One lucky winner will be drawn from the events admission tickets
taken at the door. Must be present to win and ID required to match name on winning admission ticket.
